Who operates this website

Indian Visa Express is a brand operated by 1a Visum Service oHG. Contact us about your information at [email protected].

Joachimsthaler Straße 19, 6.OG, 10719 Berlin, Germany.

Information handled here

The account and checkout collect contact, billing and order information. The application requests identity, passport, travel, family and employment details, answers about your circumstances, and supporting files. Authorised staff can review the submitted application and its documents.

Current payment mode

Payments currently use Demo mode and do not charge money. A successful Demo payment does not confirm payment of government fees or submission to the Indian authorities.

Draft text on your device

The application form automatically saves text and selected answers in this browser on this device. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to see them. Avoid shared devices for personal application information. Files are not saved in browser storage; after reloading, reselect any files you have not submitted.

Compatible draft text can be restored when you reopen the application within seven days of the last local save. This is a recovery window checked when the page opens, not a promise that the browser erases data in the background after seven days. There is no cross-device recovery. You can clear this website's stored data using your browser's site-data settings, which also removes local recovery.

Editing and local saving do not send your answers or selected files to the server. Selecting Submit application sends them to your order for validation and staff review. After the order confirms a successful submission, the local draft's answer content is replaced with a submission marker. Website requests and essential session cookies still operate while you browse.

Website operation and external resources

The application is hosted on a Hetzner server in Germany. Cloudflare handles public website traffic and security. The design loads Google Fonts and an Unsplash image, so your browser can send those providers your IP address and request information. Google Analytics and Plausible are not configured for this website.

Essential session cookies support login, the shopping cart and secure form submission. Disabling these cookies can prevent those functions from working.

Purposes and retention

Contact, order and application information supports customer requests, order administration and staff review. Technical request information supports website operation and security. Development records and private backups are retained for verification and recovery; a final operational retention schedule and arrangements for submitting applications to Indian authorities are still being established.

Your rights and contact

Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restricted processing or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority. Contact the operator above to make a request. We do not make automated visa approval decisions.

Keep your order link private

Your order link can provide access to your order and application. Keep it private. Registered customers can also access their orders through their account.
